Daft Punk to Join Fortnite Universe

Fortnite is set to debut its most ambitious music collaboration yet with the Daft Punk Experience, an interactive celebration of the legendary French electronic duo. Beginning Saturday, September 27, at 2 p.m. EDT, players will be able to step into a virtual world inspired by club culture, explore themed environments, and enjoy 31 tracks pulled directly from Daft Punk’s iconic catalog.

This special mode is designed as a fully immersive journey through the group’s history, allowing fans to move through different interactive rooms that showcase their music and visual style. Beyond simply listening, players can experiment with remixes, build mashups, and even create LEGO-style music videos featuring the duo’s signature aesthetic.

A centerpiece of the Daft Punk Experience is the Daft Club, a space where avatars can dance while watching highlights from the band’s Alive tour and their acclaimed Alive 2007 live album. To add to the authenticity, Fortnite’s in-game store will feature a special bundle with digital versions of the duo’s TB3 and GM08 helmets, full outfits, musical instruments, and the fan-favorite “Get Lucky” Jam Track.

Daft Punk now joins the growing list of artists who have collaborated with Fortnite’s ever-expanding musical universe. Previous events have spotlighted performers such as Travis Scott, Ariana Grande, Eminem, Sabrina Carpenter, and The Weeknd—further cementing the game’s reputation as a hub where music, gaming, and pop culture collide.
